Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Field and Fire Women’s Collective (“Community”), operated by Irie to Aurora, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a subscription and accessing the Community, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership & Subscriptions
Membership in the Community is available as either a monthly subscription or an annual subscription, depending on the option you select at checkout.
Your subscription will begin on the date of purchase and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as applicable) unless canceled in accordance with Section 3.
Pre-Launch Subscriptions
We may offer subscriptions for purchase prior to the official launch of the Community at special promotional rates.
For these subscriptions:
The first payment will be charged immediately at checkout.
Your membership access and billing cycle will begin on the launch date of the Community.
Recurring billing will resume one (1) month after launch for monthly subscriptions, or twelve (12) months after launch for annual subscriptions, and will continue on a monthly or annual basis until canceled.
Promotional Rates & Founding Members
Pre-launch promotional rates are valid for the first year of membership (both monthly and annual). After year one, subscriptions will automatically renew at the standard membership rate in effect at that time.
Founding Members will retain their promotional rate for as long as they maintain an active membership. If a Founding Member cancels and later resubscribes, they will be charged the standard rate in effect at the time of re-subscribing.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until your subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current, complete, and accurate at all times.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
General Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for subscriptions once they begin.
Pre-Launch Refund Exception: Subscriptions purchased prior to the official launch of the Community are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before launch. Cancellation and refund requests must be made via email to hello@irietoaurora.com.
Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account or contacting us at hello@irietoaurora.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Community until the end of that billing period.
4. Access to Content
As a Member, you will gain access to exclusive content, including but not limited to workshops, recordings, and digital downloads (“Content”).
The Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or otherwise exploit the Content without prior written permission from Irie to Aurora, LLC.
All intellectual property rights in the Content remain the property of Irie to Aurora, LLC.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to the Community or Company.
In the event of termination by us for cause, no refund will be provided.
6. Disclaimers
No Professional Advice: The Community and its Content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you choose to use any information shared within the Community.
No Guarantees: While we strive to create a supportive and valuable experience, we make no guarantees as to specific results, outcomes, or benefits from participating in the Community.
Technology Disclaimer: Access to the Community may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors beyond our control. We are not liable for any technical issues affecting access or performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Irie to Aurora, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your participation in the Community.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Community shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your subscription during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Irie to Aurora, LLC and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Community.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time at our discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to Members via email or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued participation in the Community after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
